To help make car ownership that little bit easier, you can now configure reminders for MOT (Road Safety Test in the UK), Insurance and Road Tax. For each vehicle that you have in Patina you can enter the renewal dates and we will notify you (by email and by push in our iPhone App), 30, 7 and 1 day before the renewal is due, ensuring that you never miss an important data again.
To configure, log in and click on your vehicle from the left hand menu.
On the vehicle screen you will see three icons on the top right ('Vehicle Details', 'Reminders' and 'Edit'). Select the 'Reminders' icon as shown below:
This will take you to the reminders screen:
From this screen simply enter the due dates for each item that you want to configure a reminder for (you can choose any or all of the options) and click 'Save'
When the due date is approaching we will notify you from within the application and email you to let you know 30, 7 and 1 day before the due date, notifying you which vehicle and what is due to expire. We will of course also alert you if something has already expired and a new date has not been entered.
